If you ordered multiple items, they will be dispatched separately, and most probably arrive separately, but rest assured, they are on their way!
After your order is fulfilled, we will send an email to you with a shipping tracking number. If you opt for the registered shipping method, you can track it from supplier to your home country. However, for the free shipping method, you can only track the item until it leaves the manufacturer’s home country.
Most of the cases, the item will reach your shipping address within 15 Days. However, there is a rare case when the item reaches customer after more than 30 days. If this happens, please contact us and we will investigate your order.
We rarely send the wrong package, but mistake happens sometimes. Please reach out to our e-mail address, and we will resolve your order as soon as we can.
Our main operations are carried out in the United States and Manufacturers and Warehouses in East Asia.
We ship from our partnered sweat-free factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
We offer different sizes for different clothing. Each product should have their own measurements for you to compare yourself against. If there are none, let us know by email and we can get you them! Please keep in mind all our clothing are based in Asia, so expect them to be smaller than Europe/US!
Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week! So make sure you are ordering the correct item, size, and color. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. If there are none, email us!
